Meet the Founder

Eren Gunuc is a geothermal energy expert, entrepreneur, and systems designer with over a decade of experience in delivering innovative heat pump and deep geothermal solutions across Europe and the UK.

He is the founder of London Geothermal Ltd, a pioneering clean-tech company specialising in Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) systems, deep borehole heating, and district-scale geothermal networks. Eren is also the CEO and co-founder of QBivio UK Energy, an equipment manufacturer focused on ORC and advanced heat pump technologies.


 His professional portfolio includes over 200 geothermal projects, due diligence on more than 2,000 energy assets, and strategic energy planning for international infrastructure programs. 


With a background in engineering, system integration, and project finance, Eren has worked on a wide range of commercial and public-sector decarbonisation projects — from climate-resilient agriculture to energy-positive buildings and carbon credit-backed business models.

He is currently leading efforts to deploy geothermal heat networks in the UK, integrating drilling, system design, and performance modelling under one roof — all supported by a consortium of technical experts and field operators.


Eren is passionate about making geothermal energy accessible, scalable, and financially viable — not just as a heating solution, but as a climate infrastructure.
