    %85 Smaller Form-Factor (sCO2 vs. ORC):
    Liquid-like density of sCO2 enables ultra-compact turbine footprints, packing megawatt-scale power into standard container-sized modules.
  2. Radical Safety & Zero Contamination:
    Replaces highly flammable, toxic organic chemicals with inert, non-flammable atmospheric CO2. Zero explosion or groundwater contamination risks.
  3. Absolute Geographical & Urban Freedom:
    No water consumption or massive dry-cooler farms required. Plants can be permitted and built directly inside dense urban centers and next to data hubs. 
  4. Military-Grade Energy Security: Minimal physical footprint allows power generation blocks to be deployed entirely in subsurface concrete bunkers, providing EMP-immune grid security.
  5. Bye-Bye Supply Chain Delay (6 Months COD):
    bypasses 12–24 month OEM turbine casting lead times. Our in-house manufactures complete turbine cores in under 6 weeks.
  6. "Hot-Swap" Maintenance Protocol:
    Eliminates operational downtime. Replacement turbine modules can be manufactured, delivered, and live-swapped on-site within hours rather than months.
  7. 6-Month Commercial Execution:
    Deploying a parallel 6-rig drilling fleet alongside just-in-time modular surface skids compresses the 3-year geothermal timeline down to just 136 to 180 days.
  8. Fewer Wells Drilled (Massive CAPEX Reduction): To hit our Phase 2 target of a 100 MWe Net Data Center, our standard configuration required 16 wells. With our hyper-doped fluid chemistry, we hit the 100 MWe target using only 12 wells (12 x 8.46MWe = 101.5 MWe).
  9. Wiping Out Subsurface Risk: Eliminating the need to drill 4 deep wells (4.5 km each) instantly cuts our drilling pipeline by 18 kilometers. At an average deep-drilling cost of £5M to £7.5M per well, this saves the company £20M to £30M in upfront CAPEX before we even pour the first concrete foundation.
