  • Project Range: From 5-dwelling developments to multi-megawatt urban energy zones


  • Heat Network Types:
    • Single-pipe systems: Circular low-temperature loop; heat pumps at end-user level
    • Twin-pipe systems: Separate warm and cold loops for higher control and performance
       
  • Temperature Bands:
    • Supply and return loop temperatures typically range from 10°C to 30°C, maximizing heat pump efficiency
    • System COP is dynamically optimized based on ambient conditions

  • 5GDHC is ideal for dense urban environments where:
    • Retrofit of existing heat infrastructure is limited 
    • Multiple end-users have diverse thermal demands (e.g., residential heating + commercial cooling)
    • Circular energy recovery is possible (e.g., supermarket cooling waste heat used for domestic heating)
       
  • Our systems are fully sensor-integrated and weather-responsive, ensuring:
    • Real-time thermal balancing
    • Peak shaving during high demand
    • Maximum seasonal performance factor (SPF)

How It Works

Our Advanced Control Systems

In a mixed-use building zone, cooling demand from one building (like a supermarket or data center) generates low-grade waste heat. This heat is captured and reused in nearby buildings needing heating or hot water, all via the same low-temperature loop. Each building has an independent heat pump that extracts or injects energy as needed. The loop never needs to reach high temperatures—keeping distribution losses minimal.
